About A.I.M Ministries
We believe in more than just lending a "helping hand"

A.I.M. Ministries is a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing homelessness and promoting community rehabilitation. Through programs focused on education, health, emotional support, career counseling, and job placement, A.I.M. empowers individuals to rebuild sustainable lifestyles that provide a sense of esteem, a sense of security, and a sense of individualism. The organization works with those who have faced significant challenges in stability and loss, helping them regain the skills and confidence needed to contribute positively to their communities.

At A.I.M Ministries, we believe in the power of prayer, compassion, and service. We strive to create a world where everyone has access to opportunities for a better future. Most importantly, we believe in fervent prayer, supplication, and the spirit of God to guide, equip, and ordain us in everything we do. Join us in our journey to make a difference within our communities and within the Kingdom of Heaven.
Our Story
The founder, Carrington Allen, was raised in a home and family who always had the heart to serve. They served in their neighborhoods, within communities, churches, schools, jails, and most importantly, in the individual lives of so many.
Their heart of serving led to what many may call “just helping out” but what they call freedom in love. By opening up their homes to strangers, feeding empty bellies, praying always, taking care of the shut in, mourning with those who mourn, and rejoicing with those who rejoice, they made sure everyone they encountered felt what they personally experienced to be the true love of Christ and the provision of God.
Carrington knew that her family’s mission couldn’t end with their family but had an even larger pursuit at hand. With more support, more resources, and more education, their “freedom in love” has been transcended by God as her life’s calling and ministry.
The A.I.M Ministries. John 15:4-13
Carrington grew up around some of the most magnificent, awe inspiring, loving, dependable, trustworthy, faith driven patriarchs and matriarchs in the world; Pastor Howard Pace, Pastor Pearl Pace, Copastor Carol Watson, and Deacon Horace Watson, in whom she also got the lifetime opportunity to call Uncle Howard, Aunt Pearl, Granny Carol, and Papa Tommy.

These are the people who taught her and so many others, how to love relentlessly, without boundary, and with everything you got. They are also the people who taught her that with every great thing requires great work but produces great opportunity.
Ultimately, by bearing witness to and immersing themselves in the profound act of offering education, resources, unwavering patience, and steadfast commitment to all those in need, Carrington unearthed a transformative truth. Their relentless pursuit to uplift and propel the community forward was neither a task for the faint of heart nor a journey to be underestimated. It was a calling—a monumental endeavor destined to reshape the lives of generations yet to come. What began as an ambitious spark has now ignited an enduring legacy, one that Carrington has embraced with honor, determination, and an unyielding resolve to see it flourish.
